I have a couple bushy 16" carbines that run great but with low round count so far. Folks here seem to think that the Bushy BCG is sub-par. Mine seem to be staked well, but I plan on hitting them hard this summer. My thing is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" or should I go with a LMT or BCM BCG? Thanks.
If running hard means CARBINE Class, then make sure to have a spare BCG. If it means just shooting the shit outa them don't worry about it. Shivan posted some pictures that were perfect and a synopsis explaining how to stake the carrier and what to use. Very simple procedure.
What's the big deal about them not being properly staked? How freaking hard is it to just hit a staking tool with a hammer? It took me all of 45 seconds. Did I ruin my BCG doing that or something? As long as they are tightened to the right torque, what's the problem?
