I put a deposit down on a Bushmaster 3 weeks ago. Dealer said they ordered them back in October. Does anyone have any idea what the backlog is currently like. Even better, does anyone know what it was like back in October/November?

The boys at bushmaster have more orders pending now than guns shipped in 07 AND 08.

I`m pretty sure its a six month wait for Bushmaster rifles or three or more parts.

I checked on a a spring kit backorder and they told be that they have a backorder of 150,000 ( yes thousand) guns. Hope that helps

I was told 12 to 14 weeks about 4 weeks ago for a barrel.

I saw three XM 15's at the range I went to last weekend, see if you can find one and have it transferred to the FFL holder you usually use.

I dont understand why people back order stuff and wait for months.

Search the net, find one in stock of from an arfcommer, have it shipped to ffl and enjoy your win.

I was told a couple months ago that there is a 6 month backorder worth about $100 million. Heard this from an employee.

I can only assume it has increased from there.

i dont understand ppl with backorders since november. I can go to a local gun shop here and they have about 10 ARs in stock at one shop and a few others have at least three.....Its not that hard to find YET!!!.....i bought a Bush about a month ago and was at the same shop yesterday and they still have several in stock and the owner said he has many in the back. ....JUST go out and look...get off your computer and get some excercise and go to a shop

I ordered a complete dissy barrel assembly and complete bolt/carrier in Oct. I got the barrel assy in early FEB and was told last week it could be months B4 I see my carrier/bolt.
