I did a quick search and wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for. I have a question regarding the problems some people have had with new Bushmasters shooting 2 or 3 feet left or right. Is this a problem with the how Bushmaster installs the sights or does it have something to do with the barrel? The reason I ask is that I am going to be sending my new Bushmaster back for them to fix a really bad short-stroking problem but I have noticed that I have my scope windage dial all the way to the right and my rifle still shoots left. I have checked the mounting on the rail and don't see anything amiss. Does this sound like a scope/mounting issue or rifle related?

The shooting to the left problem is froma canted front sight. How does your rifle shoot with the irons? If you can zero it with irons then the rifle is fine.

It is a Predator so it doesn't have iron sights. I have considered buying them but haven't yet because of issues with the rifle in general.

What specifically should I be looking for? The rail appears fine and so do the rings. Everything is tight and flush.
