I just purchased a Bushmaster Barrel Assembly / V Match Handguard, but am a bit perplexed.  The handguard screws directly onto the upper receiver, but I don't see any way to get the barrel wrench onto the float tube to tighten it.  

Any idea's?  This is my first build.  It looks good though!

FALARAK is right.  An oil filter strap wrench.  Brownells carries some.   Get the bigger one.

Put a piece of leather underneath where the metal part leverages against the FF tube though or you might mar the neat checkering on your HG.  I did [>(]

Didn't plan on re-using or selling it anyway, at least that's what I'll keep tellling myself.

BTW: I have seen a spanner wrench that looked like it would clear the receiver bottom or top and would be able to access the gas tube/wrench pin holes from behind.

No need to mar anything.  Just get these, made of rubber, the right tool for the job.... $4!
