Hello everybody. I need your help in setting up my bushie for optics. I have a Bushmaster .308 20" A2 with the fixed carry handle with the fixed stock. I am having railed handguards intalled on this rifle. I have a Leupold Mark 4 2.5-8 x 36 scope with illuminated mil-dot installed on the carry handle. I want to install a red dot sight to cowitness with my iron sights on the handguard. Could you all give me tips on how to do this and with pictures as I would better understand this. Also remmandations on scope mounts and red optics are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

I used this for over a year without any issues. It is an AR10 with ALOSTYR handguards. The HG are made with a slightly higher rail on one side to work with the AR10 irons. The Aimpoint and QRP made for a perfect cowitness. With an AR15 height rail you might need the spacer on the QRP but I can't say fro sure.
