i ordered and got confirmation on one.

i had CMMG building me a gov't upper but they have yet to reply after a month so i ordered this bushmaster, i may end up with both of them so i may want to turn around and sell this bushmaster, so

if you miss the deal i may be willing to re-sell mine, depending on whether cmmg is on the ball or not, send me a PM if interested

With the M4 uppers it was said minimum 4 weeks wait. I would expect the same with your purchase as well.

We probably won't get this next week. I ordered the ORC upper last week and emailed about the order status. They replied that there was a 2-8 week lead time.I don't even think they're built yet!

I wonder if they opened this back up. I went back in and there is nothing saying sold out even now. Maybe they are going to ship what they predicted, and order and build for the later buyers. It would be nice if everyone got one, even if there was a wait, especially at that price...

not all m16a4's have quad-rails

"Most of the U.S. Marine Corps' M16A4s are equipped with a Knight's Armament Company M5 RAS handguard, In U.S. Army Field Manuals, M16A4s fitted with the RAS are sometimes referred to as M16A4 MWS or Modular Weapon System."

it's common but not a requirement i believe.

the spreadsheet on configs on wiki lists "Full-length ribbed or KAC M5 RAS" as the handguard.
