I saw the new line of bushnell scopes and think I'll be picking (2) up soon, but wanted to hear some feedback before I spend my money.  The two that I have in mind is the 1.5-4x32 which will go on a 16" bushy and is around $80.00 and the 6-24x40 for a stag 6h varmiter and that one is $130.00, I looked thru the glass and they seem pretty clear and the price is good for me (cheap)

I had one on a Weatherby Vanguard .223 bolt rifle.  It was the 3-9X40 model.  Was a fine scope for $100...but I'd buy something nicer in the future (whenever I need a scope again).  The Burris Fullfield II or Bushnell 3200 series if you want to stay inexpensive.

I have one on my rifle..For an ar platform, I wouldnt recommend it to be honest. Its semi nice, but the eye relief is horrible(1.5 in).I mostly shoot 200 yrds, its fine for it, but I am use to it. Everyone that shoots my rifle has a hard time figuring out eye relief.

Haven't seen that scope, but I have the banner 1-4x on my AR and the 3-9x with BDC turrets on my .308. They both work great. The main reason I like the 1-4x is because of the circle-x reticle...In my opinion it's pretty fast but still capable of precison shots.(Swarovsky offers a similar reticle on their 1/6x). It's also on the lighter side, has a decent field of view and eye relief. I also believe it is a true 1x or if not very close.

On the downside, it's pretty basic. No illumination, power knob isn't the smoothest, no target knobs/turrets, etc.

For under $100 bucks you can't beat it, but there are a lot of new 1-4x and 1-6x scopes out there or just around the corner that are well worth the investment.
