Buddy gavenit to me cause it didnt work, took it thinking i could fix it.  He left the batteries in it and when i opened it, the were corroded. Took it apart and cleaned it well, put new batteries in it and it wont turn on. It looks like the rubber seal is melted where the battery touches it. Could this be my problem? And  is there a way to get new leads and such? Eotech parts work? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I had a similar problem with a 552 Eotech. I sent it back to Eotech and they cleaned it up and replaced what was necessary for like $25.  I don't know if Eotech would service a Bushnell.
