| I just got the last of my parts for my first build.I got the armorers wrench and I am trying to take the standard buttstock off to put on the tele I have on and I can't get it to break loose and I'm afraid I am going to peel the screw or the end of the wrench.Anyone have any advice? |

If you're referring to the buffer tube, I just used the standard armorer's wrench with a torque wrench for leverage. I put the lower on the ground, stepped on it, and cranked the buffer tube off. It takes a little bit of force to remove the factory placed buffer tube sometimes. If you're talking about the screw in the rear of the stock, refer to the link above. |
