Does the Command Arms AR-15 mag loader load and unload or load only???

I haven't seen one in person, but from the below pic, it looks like it works similar to the lula, just have to flip back and forth between the thumb buttons to push down on the correct round when loading or unloading. Not sure if it will be any faster/better than the lula, but it sure is cheaper.

CAA's site describes it as a loader (no mention of unloading), leading me to believe it is just that - a mag loader. Anyone have one that can confirm that?
