The problem with the proposed rule change is that even if you score the correct amount of points to have a brace, the ATF can still say that it is an unregistered SBR. Read the top of the Worksheet 4999.
Worksheet 4999  Attached FileAnd the proposed rule change has NOT been released yet. So we don't know what, if any, changes have been made to the final rule change when compared to the proposed rule change. |

In the past, many of the infringements did not apply to a 22lr
having a ccmg 22lr insert in your quiver is a good thing |
