Can I use a commercial buffer tube on a CMMG lower? I'd say yes, but I want to be sure. Better safe than sorry.

Yes, milspec or commercial will screw on with no issue.

The Mil-Spec/Commercial thing has to do with the buttstock going on the tube (because of the size of the tube) ––->>> NOT which tube is going into the lower.
