I am looking at picking up 3 Milspec CTR's and need a little help I have found site supporting dealers selling them ranging from $65 to $90+. Do all CTR's come from the factory with the rubber butt plate or could that be where the differance in price comes from?

Will the risers made for the CTR work with the charging handle? Anyone actually done it?
Oh, and cheaper than dirt has them for $65. MAGPUL website says that the .3 inch rubber butt pad comes standard with all CTR stocks- http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG315/31 |

Why do you need a riser any way? |

You might want to check into the Larue R.I.S.R.
