I finally got a carry handle and noted that the elevation knob's markings are unlike what I am used to on an fixed A2 upper. Instead of a 8/3 setting, this one has a 0 marking that then goes up to 20.

The guy I got it from said it came on his Stag Arms rifle but I don't believe Stag Arms made it, especially with Eagle Arms on the windage knob.  I don't doubt it was on his rifle but I suspect someone else put it on the rifle between him and Stag Arms.

Can anyone tell me what the forge marking means?  Is this a quality carry handle?

How do I go about zeroing this?  Got a link for instructions?

Here are some photos of what I am talking about:

An AR without a fixed carry handle is new territory for me so any help would be appreciated.  I guess I am just slow to change from what I was trained on.

Thank you in advance.
