With my kit I sometimes can shoot one round then it will extract the old round and I'll get a "Click" but no bang.  Then I eject that round and charge another and try to fire and "click"

anyone have any idea's?

Sounds like the round is not completely chambering, resulting in a light firing pin strike. First suggestion is cleaning the chamber and see if that helps. Are you using Remington ammo? Second suggestion is finding a chamber reamer and see if you can clean/open the chamber slightly.
Is the round that doesn't fire showing any signs of dragging or scraping of the bullet when you get it out?
Is this a recently built Ciener kit or an older one. Firing pin spec's have changed very slightly on some later ones I have used. I have welded some additional material on the head of some of them to assure a firm strike.

36g fed ammo from walmart.  The ones that went off had deep firing pin strikes.  the round that didnt fire from what i've seen show signs of light firing pin strikes.

Sometimes the firing pin area gets some crud built up. try removing the firing and cleaning it. I took 1/2 coil off my firing pin spring to help with light strikes. Also what kind of trigger are you using? Sometimes if you go to light that can happen too.
