| I bought a couple of mags in the clear plastic wrap yesterday at a gun show for $12 a piece, with Center Industries marked on the plastic. The wrap is exactly like the new USGI mags I bought way back in '89 or so, same markings that I remember except with a date of 9/05. However I noticed the floorplates have no markings at all on them, and on a table a few feet down where I bought these another guy had the same mags for sale, for $20 each, and the floorplates were blank also. Is this normal or is someone repacking crap mags in USGI plastic and resealing them? |
They're fine. This is simply how Center is making their mags these days. I'm not quite sure why they do this, but it is their practice. They're genuine. |
