Difficult? Im not much of a smith but I need to change the spring.. Thanks in advance for any input.. John

It gets easier the more you do it. You only need three hands. It is easy to loose the little clip in the carpet too. Also cover the bottom of the forward assist or the rod will scratch the finish.
