How hard is it to swap an upper reciever?  I am planning on getting an AR soon, but can't decide between a 20" and 16" configuration.  I'm thinking of just buying a 20" A2 and later getting a 16" A3.  Would it be difficult to swap them back and forth?  How long does it take?

Thanks!

its very easy to do, push the pins out and swap the uppers.
i did the same thing i bought a full bushmaster 16" rifle and then bought a 20" upper to swap out, but that didnt last to long. i just bought a second lower reciever today for the 20".
funny thing about ARs is that one is never enough, lol

All these versatile calibers such as .50 Beowulf and .458 SOCOM, if I get the uppers, do they fit in .223 mags and receiver or will there be some modifying?
