[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Charging Handle?

Last weekend at a gunshow, I bought a charging handle with installed Badger Ordnance tac-latch from DPMS booth.

My question... Is the charging handle DPMS's and they installed the latch or is it Badger Ordnance's handle and latch.

Is there any way to tell or does it really matter who the handle manufacturer is?
