I have purchased a cheapo collapsible stock ($30) and want to put it on my M16A1(full size, fixed stock). I shouldn't have any feeding (bullet from magazine)problems or the gas blowing the spring/buffer back too fast  should I ? I am using Military ammunition and have full auto ability, will the smaller spring/buffer give me any problems?

The el-cheapo stock most likely came with an el-cheapo buffer.  You may want to upgrade to a heavy Colt buffer if you experience any problems.

If you have a full auto, why not drop the cash on a good stock?

Chaver,

You'll be far better off with one of the pieces from Rock River, that you can get for about $60, US, off this web site.  Much sturdier construction, and will hold up better.  We've had too many reports of the cheap ones (made in China) breaking during use.

If you can't find a vendor who will ship to Israel, send me an e mail. I've been able to help some people in Australia and New Zealand in the past. So why shouldn't I help out a landsmann.

I bought a $30 dollar CAR at the gunshow and never looked back. No problems at all.

Would you trust you life to it in Gaza, or on the West Bank?  'Cause that's where his piece may well be going
