Adams Arms Base Uppers with Magpul MOE Handguards!!!!  The MOE handguards are installed on the upper like standard plastic AR handguards and give you the versatility of picatinny quad rails. They are light weight, comfortable and able to accept detachable picatinny rails at the 2, 6, and 10 o’clock positions.
