How does co witness with the Larue Tactical LT-104 work with a fixed FSB? Would it be absolute or lower 1/3?

The mount (the LT 104) is for scopes, not red dots. Co-witness is not an issue.

I talking about Type 2 optics, more specifically a trijicon accupoint 1-4.

As hinted at above, you can not use your BUIS through a scope, including the Trijicon TR24.

A.  You can't flip up your rear sight with the scope in place with most set-ups.

B.  Even if you could, your front sight will not be in focus when looking through the scope.

As for the height of the LaRue SPR and SPR-E mounts, they will place the center-line of your scope approximately 2.70" above the center-line of the bore.

SPR-S is lower but the same spacing forward as the SPR. Its higher than irons by .02" and IMO the perfect hight for a scope with 30mm rings.  SPR and SPR-E are the perfect height with 1" rings.
