Sorry for the newb question but I haven't done this before.  I have a bushmaster AR with a conventional stock and would like to put a collapsible stock on it.  How do I do this?  It looks like I need a buffer extension tube and maybe some other parts plus the collapsible stock?  Suggestions for what manufacturer and type is welcome as well.  Any help is appreciated.

You can buy kits like this from various manufacturers like Magpul and many different online dealers.

I went with PK firearms (link top of page)
They sell complete packages with stock - tube - spring - buffer - hardware

For the best price I could find at the time ... and shipped it instantly .. because they had it here in three or four days

ARFCOM WAY:

Keep the current rifle as is. Buy second rifle in the configuration you want.
