Is this a Colt 6520 LE upper?  Here is a link to a photo of it.

I fixed the problem with the link.  It should work now.  It was set on private.

It has m4 feed ramps, and I believe the forge marking is a cardinal head.

Works now

It is an A2 upper, which may or may not be from a 6520.  Colt uppers generally have a "C" on the carry handle ahead of the rear sight.  6520 uppers usually have M4 feedramps and are marked with a "4" or "M4" above the gas tube cloverleaf.

We can't tell from that picture.  M4 feedramps and markings are something to look for as already pointed out, but I can't even see if there is a factory marking stamped into it.

I sold an A2 6520 upper receiver. It did NOT have the "C" marking on it. It did have the key-hole Cerro Forge marking though.

It also had the M4 feedramps, in the white (not anodized)

And it had the Colt black-colored ejection port cover spring.

I took it off to replace with a CMT M4 flattop.

If it has the M4 ramps (done by Colt, not some do-it-yourself dremel job), black spring...it's probably from Colt.
