I got one today from Clyde Armory, great folks to deal with.  Are the 6920 FCG pins larger than the standard pins of other companies?  I remember that Colts used to be.  Thanks!  Dave

I don't think Bravo carries large pin FCG's.

+1 What you mean by great proof marks? And what is a Diamaco upper? I thought Colt used the same uppers on all of their rifles. I am considering buying one from Clyde Armory, but I have to have it shipped to me so I can't pick mine out in person. Did you pick your up in person or have it shipped too?

My upper has some nice stamped proof marks at the very front edge of the left side of the upper.  All the way foward and obve right of the E port.  Just behide and on the edge of where the post port is.  The are two stamps, one on top of the other.  I looked at a bunch of them at Clyde and it appears that only the Diamaco uppered Colts had these proofs.  BTW, these proof were done after the upper was finished and you can see the silver undernieth.  I just thought it was cool, it remings me of HK stamps and proofs.

Yes, my M4 has a Diamaco upper, what are these 'proof marks' you speak of? Pictures or descriptions would be nice.

I dont have access to a camera right now, but it is a very small triangle and box, both about 1/2 the size of a pencil eraser, one on top of the other just on the front edge of the upper. Similiar to the old colt A1 upper proofs years ago.  All the Diamaco uppers I looked at yesterday had them.

They do look like the A2 upper shown, don't they.  However, the A2 looks like it was stamped before the finish was applied

My 6920 has a mark like the lower mark on yours but does not have the mark like yours that is just under the rail. I just thought it was a scratch. It is a Diamaco upper.
