| Adding a rail system to a 6920. It appears the longest traditional style rail I can do is 7" such as that offered by Daniel Defense. Do I have any better options? I'm not interested in removing the gas block front fixed sight and frankly, I think the rails that have sections removed to accommodate the front sight are rather ugly. |

I've run the DD Omega in the past, and it does the job great.
The KAC RAS is a good option as well. I just installed a Centurion rail for a friend, and it would probably be the one I'd use if I were in your shoes. Allows you to free float the barrel without having to remove the FSB. |
| You can always shave the front sight post down so it's basically a low profile gas block. It's really easy to do with some basic tools in the garage. Then you can run any rail that attaches to the factory barrel nut (Centurion, Fortis, etc), or take the factory nut off and run whatever rail you want. Problem solved. |

This right here ^ I ended up putting a Fortis rail on mine and I love it. |

Any more info you can provide on them? I assume they are lightweight and stout. |
