Try the EE, I bought all Colt parts on there and built a carbine. If that doesn't work...

Check Brownells as well. They sell some Colt parts.

I have an A2 front sight base I just removed from my Colt HBAR upper.  I installed an Armalite adjustable sight base so I could center my rear windage adjustment.  I am using this rifle for CMP / NRA service rifle matches.  The only indication that this is a Colt part is this reference to the forge markings; (http://www.ar15.com/lite/topic.html?b=3&f=123&t=296919).  It has an  "O R1 in a circle 10" mark on it.  According to the reference link, this was common for late 1980's to mid 1990's front sight bases.  It has not been drilled for taper pins.
