I was wondering if Colt made such a rifle / upper??? If so what is the model number?

The closest model is the R/MT 6700/C which has a 1/9 HBAR. It was originally built on large hole lowers as the Sporter Competition Match HBAR II, and transitioning to the smaller pins on later Sporters. During the ban, the commercial line was reflagged as the Match Target line, and given an "MT" rather than an "R" prefix, but remained the 6700.
The "C" suffix of the model number refers to whether or not it was originally fitted with a compensator. HTH, ~Augee |
