I know that smart shooters always save pistol boxes as it adds value if you sell. I have two Colt ARs that we gently shoot no abuse. The boxes are taking up valuable storage space. Are they worth saving in case of a later sale.

Check ebay or gunbroker.
Sometimes the boxes go for quite a bit more than you would expect.
