Have a chance to purchase a NIB (new manufacture) Colt AR.  The price is $1200.00, is that good?  I have a Olympic PCR 2 that I bought several years ago.  I used Colt's my entire career and really can't tell the difference when shooting them. Opinions are welcome.

Price sounds fair. What model number though? Probably not retro enough for this board.... Good luck.

really most any basic newish Colt will cost you that much or more unless you find a good deal. Shoot even good knock off brands are costing that much. I think Bushmasters were $1100 for the basic A2's not too long ago.

1200 for a Colt is more than fair ––- if its brand new, its likely the 6920 model,  if its not a current model, but still NIB, who knows

I'd pay $1200 for a Colt.  If I was looking for a Colt.
