For the Colt onwers who have used Colt's customer service.

How long did it take to have your issue resolved, and where you satisfied with the resolution?

They took care of me right away, I was just concerned about a cosmetic issue (which was just me being anal). They still were very helpful and sent out a replacement part right away. Got it a few days later.

My experience is they have great CS. YMMV
