Where is the best place to find a Colt lower minus the stock? I have a Colt Match AR-15 A3 and now have a Colt M4 upper. My AR has about 8000 rounds through it and I would like to just complete my M4 with its own Lower and retire the old 666. Any Suggestions?

Also, does anyone know where I can find SP1 lowers for a good price for one of my other seemingly endless projects?
