Maybe a stupid question but, can you purchase a NEW stripped Colt lower? If so, where? I haven't seen any offered anywhere so far.

I got one from SAW a long time ago. I couldn't get a 6920, so I bought the lower and the upper with a colt LPKs. It cost the same as the going rate for a 6920. Can't really save money buying colt parts unless they are used because of the limited availability.
ETA it was not a used lower with the parts stripped. If it was then they figured out how to remove all the pins without and signs (mag catch pin hole perfect) and the grip screw threads still had a piece of flashing that would have been destroyed with a screw. YMMV |
