[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt Piston System

Did anybody see the Colt Piston Sytem for the AR at the Shot Show (I saw it in the Day 2 series of photos).
Any information? Any good? Any thoughts?

It really didn't seem that special to me. Took a couple of glances at it, but there is nothing novel/original to report. With that being said I would love to have one.

Will it run on 87 octane, or does it need the higher octane stuff?

I looked at it. Appeared to be on par with Colt's product quality. I think it'll make a good substitution for the HK416's since we can't have them. I didn't get a price on it though as I was rushing through the place like a ferret on meth. Pretty sure I missed a few things I would have liked to see.

Oh well...next year it's in Orlando, I won't be nearly as excited about seeing Mickey Mouse as I was to get back to the casino's.
