Just curious if $1025.00+tax is a good price for a  NIB Colt AR6721 HBAR A3?

hmm sounds good i paid that over 7 years ago when the first ones came out of the 6724 http://www.coltsmfg.com/cmci/Accurized.asp
it shots dimes at 100 no joke and was a big difference over the first a2 i owed in the early 80's i paid 750 for with a stock scope colt 3x that model was the first out then also only marines had them then.
i seen alot of guys in iraq useing varations of this weapon as a squad counter sniper rifle.
my honest opion is i not use it over my M1A1 NM  even if that m1 shoots 1'' on a good day with match ammo and there you can only use mexican match lol.
but all that said it a great pleasure to own a a3 watch out some are a retro fit i not so sure about those.
a hbar done up right with lead will shoot as good as mine by the way if you know your stuff.
but then it useless in the desert i use a very loose one there.
i been use ar for 20 years and found if you dont know them they will jam.
