Does anyone make, or know where I can can origional Colt M-16 rollmarks?, the idea being to use them on 80% recievers, complete them, add Safe, Semi, Auto, or Safe, Semi, Burst depending on the rollmark, for a correct M-16 clone, or how about FN Rollmarks....

No I mean the actual rollmark to stamp it into the metal....

So what you want to do is create an actual fake Colt, don't think Colt is going to be too hapy about that.
But before you go looking for rollmarks, where are you going to find an unmarked lower, the BATFE won't be too happy about that.

He answered that in his first post. 80% lower, hence an unfinished lower that's completely unmarked to be finished for personal use only.  You can mark these any ol' which way you feel like... just don't sell it.

9245, I'd recommend finding someone near you that is good at engraving. They can get the look right, do it any which way you please, and will ultimately be cheaper.

You'd have to get your hands on the actual dies if you wanted the real thing. That's not going to happen unless you have a Colt ID badge hanging around your neck and work at Colt's production facility

Your best bet is to get your hands on a decent facsimile of a rollmark and then have someone engrave it into your lower.
