| Alright, I already brought up this topic under the Colt LE6933 thread on the Colt section, didn't get any answers yet so here it is. I have sent my form 4's off for the two 6933's I bought. I already have a registered SBR lower, so instead of leaving the uppers at the dealer I took them home to save him some space. I got to looking at them and the only markings that I can find are the following: C MP CB on top of the barrel just behind the flash hider; then date of manufacturer 09/06 under the handguard near the front site base; then O on the bottom side of the barrel. Are all Commando barrels the same in that they don't have 5.56mm NATO or 1/7 on them? In one thread on here I can't remember where, a guy was showing a picture of one of the LE6921SP or LE6721SP that SAW sells, and I am almost for certain that the caliber and twist rate were marked on the barrel under the handguard. Any input would be appreciated. |
