I would like to know if anyone has any experience with the CAA Buttstocks for the AR-15, The one that will hold four batteries on one side and a checkpiece on the other side. Im thinking of putting these on my S&W MP-15, and my Bushmaster 16 inch HB carbine. I Thank ALL In Advance For Any Help.
Best Regards, Chefgun. God Bless The US. And Our Troops!!! |
| I have that stock on my bushmaster. Its pretty solid. I use the battery compartment to put all my allen wrenches and my scope cloth in. The other side has a picatinny rail on it. it doesn't wiggle as much as the standard stock either but a little bit heavier. All in all a good stock and you can't go wrong with it. |

That stock is hidious plus it seems overpriced to me for its "features". I would just pickup a Magpul CTR for a few more bucks, that locking feature is the bees' knees'.
I don't own this stock, but it has alot of features for what you pay. There's storage, a quick detach hole, and a small rail for $50 bucks. The only other cheapest stock that has these features AFAIK cost $40 more than the CAA. How is it overpriced for what you get? If you want to talk about overpriced, I think that would be the SOPMOD IMO. |

They seem to have a very faithful following. |

Popular bands are HUGE on ar15.com. Just like the popular jeans and shoes in high school. Where the wrong brands and the people come out to make fun. I have seen comments on AR15.com like,
"if you put a CAA stock on your rifle you will be made fun of"
"CAA = fail"
All this crap is BS CAA isnt a popular brand therefore you will die in combat if you use it? As a CAA dealer I have sent 100s of CAA items to our troops over seas. Unlike the popular big dealers, I sell to our military , active or not, at GREATLY discounted prices in many cases my cost + shipping. I have never had a complaint or issue with a CAA item sent into active combat. If a product that works for our military isnt good enough for you, then thats just a tad odd.
Below is a link to my items on the new EE http://ee.ar15.com/UserInfo.aspx?uid=30268 |

I like mine. i dont think its ugly either. i dont know why people do.
i'd love a sopmod or vltor modstock, but they are like 3 or 4 times as expensive. The CAA works and for the 100 bucks I save over the others, I can get 50 or 60 rounds of ammo to practice with. |
