[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Commando Arms rail mount?

Anyone have any experience with this rail system? How is the quality, strength, stability? I just want a foward grip, maybe a light. I figure this is one of the cheapest ways to go. Yes i would love to have a Daniel Defense Omega rail sys., but i dont want to spend $300.
