[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Compact 3-4x scope

I am looking for a decent compact 3-4x scope for a flat top. I like the ACOG scopes and their size, but would not mind a "traditional" tube style scope.

Anything out there in the $500 range, or do i need to hold out for the $900 ACOG series...

btw, need something water resistant, but not water proof

Look for a used Compact ACOG on the EE. Also, look at the Trijicon TR21R.

I am seriously looking at the IOR M2 which would seem to fit your requirements. I think CS and SWFA both have it for around $390.

Both the IOR 3x25 QRTS and the 4x24 M2 would be great choices for you.
