Can you guys suggest some compact scopes that have a small objective (32mm or less) that are high power (at least 14x).
The only one I'm really finding is the Burris Timberline 4.5-14x32mm. I'm a little wary of Burris scopes. Are the Timberline models even remotely quality scopes? I know IOR has some interesting offferings, but their eye relief, from what I hear, is pretty short. This scope is for an M14 type rifle. I currently have a Leupold Ultralight 2-7x28 on it, but would like more magnification. Compact is important, I don't want a Fudd scope on this rifle...it has an 18" barrel, not a 22". The smaller the better. The Nightfore 2-10x24 is what I'm after, but would like more magnification. Suggestions would be appreciated! |
