Actually right after I posted this I looked through the Industry forums and found your site.  I figured I'd leave the post in case it draws some one offs or customs.

Your site actually answered the post nicely.  Do you have weights associated with the various configurations?

Nothing!

Well, they are better on the bench.

The Lightweight's purpose is (get this) to be lightweight.
The M4 profile's purpose is to mount an M203 grenade launcher.
The HBAR's purpose is to make people think that they are more accurate and to make it easier for the manufacturer to make the barrel due to less profiling time in the lathe.

With a 5.56 chamber and chrome lining, the lack of precision in the bore is the accuracy limiting factor.
A heavier barrel is not going to make a significant enough difference to justify lugging the weight around.
When you get into match/target quality barrels and chambers, then the heavier profiles do gain you some accuracy, mostly in the form of less group drift with heating up.
