[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Countersniper Scope

I saw a scope I haven't seen before. It is a CounterSniper by Optical Gunsight Corporation. It is marked Property of the Government of the United States. It is a 4X16 X50 with a mill dot illuminated reticle and a side focus.

Does anyone know where these are made? I was told they were made in New York but I don't think it is. It looks like it was made in China.
