HI sorry posted dead pics but here is the custom build ar-15 I bought for 1100, did I get a good deal? Kaiser Defense lower with DOD (department of defense) upper with a UTG quad fore rail. brand new. Any info on tricking it out?

never heard of a dep't of defense upper. and also, pics didn't work.
