Hi, I've used the search and have come up with nothing...I have a DD Lite Rail on my upper that was built for me and I want to sell it but I need to take it off without messing it up...its practically brand new...besides the DD Lite Wrench what other tools would I need and the biggest question is are there actual instructions that come with the Rail so I can follow or can someone lead me to the right place that explains what I need to do...I have most tools needed but have to go out and buy the Lite Wrench... thanks Chris |

You just need the lite wrench and an Allen wrench to fit the lock-up bolts. I have several Lite rails by DD and they are easy to install and take off, no real instructions needed and what they inclose proves that. To remove. 1. Take of flash suppressor. 2. Take off gas block and tube. 3. Unscrew the screws that hold the forend on to the bolt up plate. Be careful not to scratch your upper. 4. Remove forend. 5. Using the Lite rail wrench, unscrew the barrel nut. Normal lefty loosy, righty tighty. 5. Remove bolt up plate. Done. |
