Any experience with this accessory for the DD M4?

Thanks!

I got the DDM4V7. The MFR is standard on the V7.
Never installed one but I love mine. The rails come installed on the end but you can take them off with an allen wrench. With the rails off it has a very small diameter. With my Stock Fully Extended I can fully extended my arm and just about wrap my hands around the entire hand guard and the the top rail.
If you don't need a lot of rails its nice to have.

Do you have any experience with the Troy VTAC rail?  I'm asking as I'm wondering how they compare.

I'm leaning toward a BCM 16" with a Troy VTAC 11" rail.  My buddy is leaning toward exactly what you have, the DD M4v7; I have to admit, yours looks pretty good.

I wonder how it would look on a MK12 clone. The rail that looks like this one on the MK12 doesnt have a connecting rail to the upper as the DD. If anyone on the form has this rail on a MK12 build I would love to see it.

How does the durability of the attachment method compare to a DD Lite rail or Larue Railed handguard??
