I'm looking to get one of these, but I'm a little confused by the description on their website.
Specifically as to the meaning of "...zero modifications to the weapon..." when installing. It looks as if one would need to remove the delta ring and spings. Does that not count as a 'modification? Or can the Omega be installed without the removal of the delta ring?

Thanks guys!

Hey Frens,
That's exactly what I was looking for! Thanks for the link. Installation looks like a SNAP!
Outstanding!

I wonder if I might piggyback a question onto this thread - after retracting the delta ring and installing the Omega rail, I noticed that the delta ring did not move forward as much as I thought it would.  There is a bit of a gap between the delta ring and the point at which the rail sections protrude where I thought the delta ring would move forward to make contact, and the delta ring does not seem 'squared away' - as I try to get it into place it will tilt one way or another, sometimes the top more forward, sometimes a side or the bottom more forward.  Looking at Stickman's photos at the link it seems that the delta ring is supposed to snug all the way up to where the rail sections take off.  Is this a problem, and if so, how would I go about fixing it?

As long as the rail is secured to the barrel nut correctly, it doesn't matter what the delta ring does.
