Are they any good? I am looking for a 20" complete upper.I see they offer a chrome lined option. I am leaning towards RRA with no chrome option.

Any help would be appericated,

thanks

I've heard good things about their receivers.  I don't think they have their own barrels however.

Also, I would like to steer you in the direction of a chrome lined barrel.  It's well worth the little extra cost.  A chrome lined barrel will probably outlast you.  I'm a huge fan of the Bushmaster barrels.  There are probably some less expensive decent chrome lined barrels out there but IMO, when you buy Bushy, you always get the best of quality.

There are a few experienced shooters on this site that actually have the signature line:

"Go chrome or go home."

I like Bushy chrome lined barrels way better than Colt's.   Not that there is anything wrong with Colt.   My general impression is that Colt doesn't care as much.

Bangz, exactly.

Colt doesn't care at all.

I don't by anything Colt anymore.

After looking around in the industry section, why isn't  there any feedback (good or bad) about Del-Ton? I am considering one of their uppers(chrome-lined), Also who finishes their barrels I know the barrels are Wilson blanks, but who chromes them ect. Just don't want to make a NOOB mistake.

I've only bought little pieces and parts from Del-Ton but I don't recall anything but positive feedback about them.

DELTON =

Once I ordered a National Match upper from them, I was over my monthly allowance for guns, and did not want my wife to find out, so I explained this to them, and they worked with me making sure the box got delivered at a specific day and time.

Buy with confidence, they are good guys.

And when she noticed it after a couple of months, and asked "Where did that come from?"; you said "That? Why I've had that forever."

And here I thought I was the only one who used that line...

It's called the 48hr rule.  If you can place where she can find it (without hiding it) and she doesn't notice it.  You can claim you've had it for months.

shamayin, did I steal that line from you or did you steal it from me? I use it all the time. Are you still liking it up in north GA? Still got your hat? As you can see, I'm not in Atlanta any longer. Getting gun show withdrawl up here....
