Does anyone know where I can find the tools I need for a 308 build I'm doing? Namely upper holding fixture to tighten barrel? Can't seem to find one anywhere.....

The BM 308 upper blocks can be made to work. You will have to remove the screws from one side of the hinge. Then you will have to make sure it is positioned properly to put the majority of the stresses on the side of the front lug and the area where the gas tube goes through.
I'll probably get my peepee smacked for suggesting it but it sure beats using the claw. YMMV |
