I gotta say it - best damm CS I have EVER had from a large manufacturer. Randy Luth, (Cheif Indian) PERSONALLY addressed my concerns by taking my phone calls, returning phone calls to me with additional info, and issuing a second and unpromted a call tag when I dropped the ball. In this day and age, when some of the larger AR manufacturers refuse to sell to the general public, or exploit time lines for deliverly (particularly of stripped lowers) - what a refreshing change - a man and a company that do what they say they are going to do. As a thanks to them - I took deliver on 4 stripped lowers last week (about 10 days after being ordered mind you). Thank you Randy, thank you DPMS. |
